About Tech Contracting
Founded in 1946 by Anthony R. and Enos L. (Ernie) Chapolini, Father and Son
who emigrated from Italy in the late 1920’s. Tech’s modest
beginnings as a masonry company have developed into one of the most respected
General Contractors in the Baltimore Area. Third generation Chapolini’s Richard
and James, still operate Tech with the same work ethic that has produced some of
the finest projects in the area. Tech is a true General Contractor who self-performs
many disciplines on their projects including site work, on and off site
utilities, rough and trim carpentry and concrete work with employees who have
been with the company for many years. No matter where you are in the Baltimore area,
there is a building or other facility nearby that Tech built.
